- Tickets are timed: you may enter within fifteen minutes of the time printed on the ticket.

At the door
The ticket office does sell tickets subject to daily availability, so walking up is not futile — but the exhibition is timed-entry and limited, and in high season the good slots are gone by the time you arrive. Treat the door as a fallback, not a plan.

They cost several times 60 PLN. That is the honest trade: a slot you could not otherwise get, a guide in your language, and no queue. If your dates are flexible, buy from the museum instead.

- The first Tuesday of the month — the museum is closed.
- Last entry, which is 90 minutes before closing, not at closing.
- The 15-minute window — a timed ticket is not valid all day.
